The prices shown are for seven night’s accommodation and are the rental rates charged in UK Sterling..

Price include Taxes, Electricity, Gas, Water, Air-Conditioning, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Cleaning & Clean bed linen and towels. Also, free use of crib, high chair and stroller (if required).

Minimum stay is 4 nights. However, all stays of five nights or less will incur an additional cleaning fee of £105.00, US$125.00 or €120.00.

Bookings

Provisional bookings by phone or email.

Confirmed booking with completed booking form and, non-refundable deposit of GB£100.00, US$250.00 or €125.00 per week, to secure dates - within 14 days of provisional booking.

A refundable security deposit of GB£250.00, US$300.00 or €250.00 is due before arrival.

Check in time is 4pm (16:00) : Check out time is 11am (11.00) - without prior arrangement
